Purpose: to encourage the financing of technological audits by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the industry and encourage positive change in SMEs and increase productivity by introducing industrial process digitization technologies into production processes.
Financed Activities: Investment in a technological audit of industrial plants and installation of integrated digital technology equipment (robots, sensors, lasers, AI, automation, cloud solutions, IoT, ERP, 3D printing, etc.).
Applicants: LT registered industrial SMEs (manufacturers). The company has to be operating not less than 1 year and turnover has to be not less than 145k Eur.
Maximum Project Duration: 36 months.
Maximum Grant: audit: 20k EUR; equipment: 2,9 mln for medium and 1 mln Eur for micro and small companies.
Funding Rate: audit 50%; equipment: 35% for medium companies; 45% for micro and small companies.
Total call Budget: 15,3 mln Eur.

Eco-innovations
Purpose: to encourage SMEs to adopt technological eco-innovations in order to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change and the greenhouse effect.
Financed Activities: Implementation and promotion of technological eco-innovation through investments intangible assets (equipment, technologies) which reduce the negative impact of economic activities on the environment (air, water, waste generation).
Applicants: LT registered industrial SMEs (manufacturers). The company has to be operating not less than 1 year and turnover has to be not less than 145k Eur.
Maximum Project Duration: 36 months
Maximum Grant: 1,5 mln EUR
Funding Rate: 35% for medium companies; 45% for micro and small companies.
Total call Budget: 22 mln EUR
Eligible Costs: Eco-equipment, eco-vehicles (involved in the technological process), salary. Project activities must be carried out only in the Republic of Lithuania.

- Substantial increase in the applicant's investment in technological eco-innovation within 3 years after the completion of the project activities.

Norway grants in Lithuania
I. GREEN INDUSTRY INNOVATION (INCLUDING BIOECONOMY)
Purpose: Development, application, and commercialization of innovative green products and technologies, as well as the greening of existing businesses and manufacturing processes, will be at the core of the program activities.
Financed Activities: Implementation and promotion of technological eco-innovation through investments intangible assets (equipment, technologies) which reduce the negative impact of economic activities on the environment (air, water, waste generation).
Applicants: SMEs and large enterprises with no more than 25% public ownership and established as legal entities in Lithuania. Any private or public entity from Lithuania or Norway qualifies as a project partner.
Maximum Project Duration: 18 - 36 months
Maximum Grant: 200k - 2 mln EUR
Funding Rate: 25 - 80%.
Total call Budget: 9 mln Eur.
Eligible Cost: Eco-equipment, equipment for bio-technologies, modernization of existing production lines, which will reduce carbon emissions, energy consumption, encourage waste-free production, recycling of waste, salary
